The web site you are on is owned and operated by FanTickets, Inc. The following are the terms that govern your use of this FanTickets, Inc. website. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms.
You acknowledge that you are the owner of the credit card being used to place the Ticket Order on our site. You additionally agree that you are at least 18 years of age. Furthermore, you agree that you are fluent in the English Language.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since tickets are a one of a kind, nonreplacable item, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Should your event be postponed, you agree that the tickets you have in hand will be honored for the rescheduled date. FanTickets, Inc. will not be held responsible for any changes made to the artists scheduled to appear at any given event. Should the artists scheduled to appear at an event be changed and the event goes on, you agree that FanTickets, Inc. has done their job satisfactorily.
FULL REFUND POLICY - If your event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a FULL REFUND for the amount you paid, including shipping. In order to receive a refund, TICKETS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF CANCELLATION
The tickets on our site are guaranteed authentic. We thoroughly screen and check the references for every seller who lists their tickets on FanTickets, Inc. We stake our reputation on it.
SHIPPING – At FanTickets, Inc. we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible using the FedEx Service you have chosen. Some tickets will have a delayed delivery date. If we feel that delivery will be extremely delayed, we will contact you to make sure the shipping date is acceptable prior to processing your order.
FanTickets, Inc. uses FedEx to ship all packages. When selecting FedEx as your delivery method, you agree to accept all of the Terms and Conditions FedEx applies to their service. FedEx will leave a package without a signature if feels the environment it is leaving the package in is secure. By ordering tickets on FanTickets, Inc. you agree that once FedEx acknowledges that the package has been delivered to the address given that FanTickets, Inc. has done its job and has satisfactorily delivered the package. You agree that if FedEx leaves a door tag slip or any other communication that your package has arrived that FanTickets, Inc. has done its job and has delivered the package successfully. FanTickets, Inc. does reserve the right, at its discretion, to require a signature upon delivery.
All sales are final, there are no returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Refusing delivery or refusing to sign for the FedEx package does not release you from your agreement with FenTickets, Inc. You will still be held responsible for your ticket purchase and all fees and costs. If additional costs are incurred to return tickets to you, your credit card will be charged the additional fees.
All orders must be submitted with the billing address on the credit card. Furthermore, all orders are shipped to the billing address on your credit card. We reserve the right to cancel, without notice any order placed without the billing address. If you place an order and you have a need to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact a FanTickets, Inc. representative by phone to discuss the situation after you place your order. Most orders are processed the same day they are received. Orders placed after hours will be processed the next business day. Should FanTickets, Inc. agree to ship your package to a destination other than your billing address, you agree that once FedEx acknowledges that your package has been successfully delivered to the address that you requested, that FanTickets, Inc. has done its job and successfully delivered the package.
WE ARE NOT THE BOX OFFICE. The Box Office is the term used to describe the original selling source for the tickets. We are not affiliated with any team, artist or venue. The printed price on the ticket is commonly referred to as the Face Value of the ticket. Many of the tickets on FanTickets Inc will sell at prices that exceed the printed price on the ticket. Should you have a question about what the Face Value of a ticket is, give us a call or email us. We will gladly look that information up for you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / LARGE ORDERS. FanTickets, Inc., may at their discretion, require on very large orders and on international orders (UK,Canada, etc.) that a Letter Of Authorization be signed and a photocopy of a valid ID as well as the credit card in use be faxed to its office. This is a security measure taken to protect both FanTickets, Inc. and the client from unauthorized use of the credit card.
FRAUD. At FanTickets, Inc. we take fraud prevention very seriously. We prosecute all attempts at fraud to the fullest extent of the law. You are responsible to provide us with accurate contact information, including a functioning phone number and email address. We reserve the right to call clients to confirm they have placed an order. We furthermore, reserve the right to cancel without notice any order that we believe has been placed with either a faulty email address or phone number.
INVENTORY. Much of the inventory listed on FanTickets is real time and will be immediately secured for you, pending payment, once ordered. On rare occasions, the tickets you order may not be available at the time of purchase. if this is the case, we will contact you and do our best to find alternate seat locations for you. Should there be any problem with the seats you originally ordered, FanTickets, Inc. will offer you a discount code that will allow you to reorder your tickets at our cost.
Once you submit your order on FanTickets, Inc., you will recieve an email confirmation. This email confirms that you have submitted an order to us. Once we recieve the order, we will quickly review it and process the order if all of the information submiited appears in proper order.
ORDERING ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT - Tickets ordered on the day of the event are typically transferred by either a PDF file to your email or made available for pickup at a convenient location near the event. Orders placed on the day of the event may be submitted with any METHOD OF DELIVERY. The shipping charge will be deleted on our administrative end. We will immediately, upon reciept of such an order, call the supplier, find out what last minute delivery options are available and contact you immediately to confirm that you are agreeable to the available arrangements. If you are happy with the arrangements, we will move forward.
ELECTRONIC TICKETS - A word about E-Tickets. Transferring tickets in a PDF file to your email is quite common. We guarantee the authenticity of any tickets we offer to transfer to you in this manner to be 100% authentic. These tickets are typically described on the site at Tfast or Ticketfast tickets. We carefully control the chain of custody of all tickets we offer for sale. These tickets typically represent an excellent opportunity to save on shipping costs or successfully complete last minute transactions. If you verbally agree to accept E-Tickets, you agree that once our outbox shows that the tickets have been successfully sent to your email adress that we have done our job acceptably. Should you experience any difficulty dowloading or printing the tickets, we are available 24 hours a day at 401-300-6782 to help. All listed ticket prices are in US currency. Seats in all listed ticket groups will be together (consecutive, side by side) unless otherwise noted.
Any dispute involving use the web site will be governed by the laws of the state of Rhode Island. Additionally. you agree to indemnify and hold FanTickets, Inc. harmless from any damage arising from use of the site.
Finally, any purchases made on this website will show up on your credit card statement under the name FanTickets Inc.
