These suppliers have to compete for your business. The competition creates a fast moving marketplace and honest, real prices. When you’re looking for tickets, be sure to look closely. It’s not uncommon to see very similar seats at very different prices. You’re not seeing things. This is a very common case of one of our suppliers being more motivated to sell his seats than the other. Think of our web site as, if you will a very large, very sophisticated, highly competitive, flea market for tickets.
The best way to use our service is to print a copy of the seating chart. Sort the seats you are looking at by price and start looking at the least expensive seats available. Then scroll up the list of tickets available until you find the match between location and price that’s best for you. Once again, don’t hesitate to call and ask for help. A word about pricing. Many of the seats we list will be listed at prices that exceed the listed price on the ticket. It is just as common to find tickets on our web site at or way below the listed price on the ticket. We are always happy to look up the face value of any ticket you see listed on our site. How do I get tickets at under face value, you ask? I knew you would. Look for excessive amounts of ticket inventory being listed for the event you are considering attending. Then, keep an eye on the inventory leading up to the date of the event. If the inventory pool stays large and seats don't appear to be selling, price adjustments are inevitable. The largest, most dramatic price adjustments, either in prices going up or down tend to happen in the 72 hours leading up to the event. I have seen Madonna tickets with a face value of $200 sell for under $100. I have seen front row seats for Dancing with the Stars, face value $175 sell for $50. I have seen Red Sox playoff tickets sell for $50. Game 7 Boston Celtics playoff tickets have sold at under $100. Young Frankenstein tickets sold at $25 with a face value of $135. Enough said?
