The web site you are on is owned and operated by FANTICKETS. We are not affiliated with any box office, team or venue. All transactions are conducted using US currency. The following are the terms that govern your use of the FanTickets website. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms.

WE ARE NOT THE BOX OFFICE. We are not affiliated with any team, artist or venue.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since tickets are a one of a kind, non-replaceable item, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. You agreed that you are responsible for your ticket purchase. We will not accept any returned tickets for a refund. If you make the decision to return your tickets they will be held at our office until you make arrangements to retrieve them


FULL REFUND POLICY. If your event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a FULL REFUND for the amount you paid excluding shipping. In order to receive a refund excluding shipping, TICKETS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE OF EVENT.


PRICING. We are tickets brokers. We bring buyers and sellers together. Tickets prices can vary from the face value on the ticket. Many tickets will sell for more then face value. Ticket price is based on the popularity of the event, the availability of the seats and the seat location. That being said, it is not uncommon for tickets to sell for under face value on our website, particularly on last minute orders. Should you have a question about the face value of a ticket, contact us. We will gladly answer any questions that you might have.


ORDERING ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Tickets ordered on the day of the event will be transferred by either a PDF file to your email or made available for pickup at a convenient location. We will need a phone number where you can be reached. We will immediately contact you with the last minute delivery options that are available. If you are happy with the arrangements, we will move forward and process the order.

SHIPPING.

Email: We guarantee the validity of any tickets transferred to you through email. We carefully control the chain of custody of all tickets. The tickets will be attached in a pdf file. You will need to have the adobe program downloaded on your computer to open and print your tickets. This free software can be found at www.adobe.com. You are responsible for opening the file and printing the tickets. You agree that your tickets have been successfully delivered when we show a valid sent message in our email. You agree that should you have a problem receiving or downloading the tickets that you will contact us no later than 24 hours before the event takes place .


FedEx: You agree that once FedEx acknowledges that the package has been delivered that we have successfully delivered your tickets. You agree that if FedEx leaves any communication that your package has arrived we have successfully delivered your tickets. Refusing to accept delivery or refusing to sign for the FedEx package does not release you from your agreement with FanTickets.


If you feel that your environment is not secure for a FedEx delivery please contact us immediately to make other delivery arrangements.


Should we agree to ship to a destination other than your billing address you agree to the above Shipping Terms.


FedEx will not ship to a PO Box. Should we agree to ship using a different carrier, you agree to the above Shipping terms and conditions.


General Notes: We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Some ticket deliveries will be delayed (see INVENTORY). If you have any concerns please contact us and we will get an estimated shipping date from the supplier for you.


INVENTORY. The tickets on our site are guaranteed authentic. We thoroughly screen and check the references for every seller who lists on our site. Much of the inventory listed on our site is real time and will be immediately secured for you once ordered. Not all seats are available at the time of purchase. For example, some seats are purchased as a season ticket package and will not be available for immediate shipping. The seats are guaranteed but they have not been printed by the venue. Once the tickets are released from the venue we will ship according to the shipping option you selected. We reserve the right to upgrade your order at no extra cost. Seats in all listed ticket groups are side by side unless otherwise noted.

General Notes: We are not the venue and have no affiliation with any artist or venue. FanTickets will not be held responsible for any changes made to the artists scheduled to appear at any given event. Should your event be postponed, you agree that the tickets you have in hand will be honored for the rescheduled date. Should your event be held at an alternate venue, you agree that your tickets will be honored at the new venue. Should the artists scheduled to appear at an event be changed and the event goes on, you agree that FanTickets has done their job satisfactorily.


LAYOUT OF THE TICKET. Tickets come in many different shapes and sizes. All our tickets are authentic. The suppliers name will sometimes appear on the ticket. This will not prevent you from using the ticket at the venue.


FRAUD. We take fraud prevention very seriously. We prosecute all attempts at fraud to the fullest extent of the law. We reserve the right to cancel without notice any order that we believe has been placed fraudulently.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / LARGE ORDERS. You agree to provide a photocopy of a valid ID as well as the credit card in use. This is a security measure taken to protect both FanTickets and the client from unauthorized use of the credit card.

GOVERNING LAW. You agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of FanTickets or the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Rhode Island, KentCounty.

Force Majeure. FanTickets shall not be deemed in default or otherwise liable under these rules and policies due to its inability to perform its obligations by reason of any fire, earthquake, flood, substantial snowstorm, epidemic, accident, explosion, casualty, strike, lockout, labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, cyber-terrorism, embargo, war, act of God, or any municipal, county, state or national ordinance or law, or any executive, administrative or judicial order (which order is not the result of any act or omission which would constitute a default hereunder), or any failure or delay of any transportation, power, or communications system or any other or similar cause not under FanTicket's control (hereinafter all of the foregoing is collectively referred to as "Force Majeure"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, FanTickets shall be permitted to terminate this Agreement with or without notice to the User in the event that FanTickets is prevented from performing hereunder due to "Force Majeure."

LOW PRICE GUARANTEE. We are so confident our prices are the lowest we guarantee it in writing. If, after you buy tickets from us, you find tickets cheaper on another ticket brokers web site within 24 hours of your purchase, we will refund the difference plus shipping. The seats used for comparison must be reasonably comparable. The site used for comparison must belong to a full time ticket broker engaged in the business of reselling tickets on the secondary market. Any site that is affiliated with any team venue or box office will not be considered a ticket brokers web site. The price used for comparison must be the final price with all service charges and or handling fees included. The Guarantee begins 4 days after tickets have gone on sale to the general public and will last until day of the the event.
